1. What types of payment method do you accept?

2. Do I need to creat an account to place order?

Yes, you need to register an account to place an order. Please fill in your genuine information in each area so that we can contact you and post the goods to the correct address. Also the system will send you email to update the status of your order, e.g. dispatch notification, tracing number and other information.

Also, to have an account with us, it is easy for us to communicate each other and to provide you more efficient and effective customer service.

3. How can I trace my orders?

Once we have dispatched your parcel, the system will change the status of your order and a tracing number will be shown in your order status. You can log into your account and see those details. You will receive an Email every time after your order status has been changed.
